Buffalo Chicken Roll Ups
Classic buffalo chicken dip wrapped in a tortilla creates the ideal hand-held appetizer for any sporting event.

1Place cut up cooked chicken in a food processor and blend 30-45 seconds, until finely chopped.
2Add cream cheese, buffalo style sauce, and blue cheese dressing. Blend for 1 minute until smooth.
3Spoon out 1/4 of the. mixture. on each tortilla and spread into a thin layer over the entire tortilla.
4Sprinkle blue cheese and celery evenly among tortillas.
5Starting at one end, roll snugly until you get to the other end. Then wrap the roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
6Remove wrap and cut one inch from ends to make it even. Then slice into 1 inch pieces. Wiping the knife between each cut will help keep the slices looking clean. Serve immediately, or chill until serving.
Tips & Tricks: Don't like blue cheese? You can substitute ranch or Caesar dressing and cheddar cheese for the blue cheese ingredients.
