Chicken & Chorizo Gumbo
Mexico meets Louisiana in this KPFG version of a classic New Orleans Gumbo. Mix it up a little and give our bowl a serious try.
- Cook: 5 hrs
1Mix water and Orrington Farms Vegetable Beef Stew Seasoning until fully combined
2Place remaining ingredients in slow cooker set on low for 5 hours
3Pour sauce over all and cook for 5 hours or until tender
Serve with crusty French bread and hot sauce over white rice.
