1In 12-inch skillet, combine sausage and seasoning mix and cook over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces. With slotted spoon, remove sausage mixture.
2Add oil to drippings. Heat over medium heat. Stir in flour, dried sage, salt and red pepper with wire whisk. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly.
3Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens then stir in the sausage
4Cut warm biscuits in half and spoon sausage gravy over.
