A new twist on traditional Barbacoa from Mexico’s Pacific coast. Slightly spicy and very tender with abundant Mexican flavors throughout.

Directions
1Mix water and seasoning vigorously with whisk
2Place meat in slow cooker and pour sauce over it
3Add cumin and chili powder
4Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
Tips & Tricks: Remove meat from slow cooker and serve with warm tortillas, bread, or on top of noodles or rice. Top with remaining sauce, sour cream, chopped onions, salsa, and more.
