For centuries, seasonings and rub blends have made the taste of ordinary foods unique and remarkable. After selecting spices from around the world, we blend them in just the right proportions to make seasonings and rubs that will take your pallet to the far corners of the continents and we promise you will be back in time for dessert!  Sprinkle it on, rub it in poultry, beef, pork and seafood and you are ready to go.  Rubs are a dry marinade applied before cooking and added during the cooking process regardless of your method of preparation:  bake, barbecue, broil, fry, grill, marinade, roast, rub, or season.
Apply rubs before cooking so spices have time to penetrate. 

Instant Marinade: Add seasoning rub to vinegar, wine or citrus juice.

BASIC TIME GUIDELINES:


IN A HURRY AND YOU HAVE NO TIME: 

                                                            Rub in and start to cook immediately.


NOT IN A HURRY AND YOU HAVE SOME TIME: 


  • Small Foods:
10 to 20 min.
  • Thin Cuts of single serving portions such as fish fillets or boneless chicken breasts:
30 to 90 min.
  • Thicker cuts of single-serving portions like steaks and chops: 
1 to 3 hrs.
  • Large or tough cuts like racks of ribs and whole chickens: 
4 hrs. to overnight
  • Very large or tough cuts like roasts, whole turkeys, briskets, and pork shoulders:
Overnight to 24 hrs.
